Veggies Are Vital Nutrition Workshop

Join us at the Lakeland Public Library on Tuesday, January 7th from 10 AM to 11 AM to learn about nutrition with the Feeding Tampa Bay organization. While learning how Vegetables are Vital!, the nutrition educator will demonstrate how to make a recipe so you can become more confident with your food choices! Registration required.
