5 Ingredient Banana Bread

If your kids are anything like mine, they LOVE bananas. Like... eat them every day kind of love. That's why I thought it fitting to share this 5 ingredient banana bread recipe with you. 


This 5 ingredient banana bread is so simple to make and it's delish. 


Let's get right to it:

5 Ingredient Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, or 1 ½ cups mashed
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, or oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup, or honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Optional Flavorings:

  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • mix-ins of choice, i.e., chopped walnuts or pecans, chocolate chips, raisins, etc.

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare 9×5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment and spray with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. (If desired, stir in any mix-ins, or sprinkle on any toppings.)
  • Bake 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. (may vary)
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting.
  • Store in an airtight container on the counter up to 3 days or in the fridge for a week.
