Chalk Your Walk is a fun way to spread good vibes and encouragement within the community while maintaining social distance. All you need to do is draw something or write words of encouragement with chalk on your driveway. Snap a picture of the design and share it with us either by using the hashtag #ChalkYourWalkPolk or by emailing a picture to us with your message. We will share your picture on our social media channels.
If you don't have access to chalk or live in a place where you don't have access to a sidewalk you can send us drawings made by the kids. Our goal is to spread positive vibes and cheer. We look forward to seeing all the beautiful artwork!
Design ideas
- Create a fun stained glass look on the sidewalk by using painters tape to block off sections
- Place toys in sunlight and trace the shadows on the sidewalk to color
- Draw a large rainbow because who doesn't love rainbows?
- Write out a positive quote or saying on the sidewalk
