A note from the Publisher - How do you relieve stress?

Everyone has stress. Weather it be an illness in the family, financial, personal or just plain old every day stress of life, we ALL have it. There are a host of different ways to relieve stress...Here are just a few I found...

  1. Chew gum
  2. Do yoga, just 20 minutes does the trick!
  3. Meditation
  4. Snuggling, that's right good old fashion snuggles!
  5. Music
  6. Go for a walk
  7. Writing your thoughts
  8. Buy a puppy...Because who doesn't LOVE puppies am I right?
  9. watch funny videos
  10. DANCE!  

Dance is my favorite method to relieve stress. It's like your helping your self mentally without even trying! Dancing, for me is a way to get out my negative energy. I dance when I am happy, sad or mad! Wanna learn a fun fact?

"The scientific reason for why dance has the ability to relieve stress stems from the idea that when the body feels good, so does the mind. Any type of physical activity release the neurotransmitter, endorphins, which serve to alleviate stress"!

Don't get me wrong, I love my snuggles and a good pack of gum too, but dance is just FUN and I can include the kids(the best part, is my kids think I am the best dancer out there  ).
